Nottingham Diocesan Pilgrimages/events 2026

• Melwood Pilgrimage: The Annual Saint Augustine Webster Diocesan Melwood Pilgrimage to the site of Melwood Abbey will be celebrated by Bishop Patrick on Saturday, 2nd May 2026 at 12 noon, at Low Melwood Farm, Owston Ferry, DN9 1AD. The Pilgrimage will start with the Rosary and Procession, and then Mass held in one of the farm’s barns. Please bring a chair, picnic (optional), and appropriate footwear for country footpaths. All are very welcome.

• Beauvale Pilgrimage: Notts Martyrs - Sunday 3rd May 2026 - 2pm Mass with Bishop Patrick NG16 2AA 

• Walsingham Pilgrimage: tba - Timetable: 11 am – arrivals, 12 noon - Mass with Diocesan Youth Choirs, 1 pm – lunch with time to look around the shrine, adoration, confession, activities and Vocation stall. 3 pm – Procession along the Holy mile followed at 4 pm by Benediction, 

• Rodsley Pilgrimage: tba - DE6 3AP in honour of St Ralph Sherwin 

• Padley Pilgrimage: tba - S32 2JA - an Inter-diocesan Pilgrimage in honour of the Padley Martyrs, Blessed Robert Ludlam & Blessed Nicholas Garlick
