Jesus Falls The Third Time
We adore you, O Christ, and we praise you
Because by your holy cross you have redeemed the world
After a painful journey, Christ finally arrives at the foot of Mount Calvary, only to fall once again. Even though he is crushed for a third time by the weight of the Cross, His love for us remains. How immense is the mercy of Our God!
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, have mercy on us.
I love you, Jesus, my love above all things,
And I repent with my whole heart of having offended you.
Never permit me to separate myself from you again,
Grant that I may love you always, and then do with me what you will.
